Join us at The Old Goat every Sunday in June for a 75 minute yoga practice. Kari or Michelle will be leading a 60 minute ALL-LEVELS vinyasa yoga flow followed by 15 minutes of meditation.
Meditation can help you overcome challenges you're facing or bring more mindfulness to your every day life. Just like yoga, it's a transformative practice and we'll be there to guide you through your meditation.
Please bring a mat (we'll have a few extras), water, and dress in layers. Come for yoga with the option to stay for a delicious brunch afterwards prepared by The Old Goat!
Cost is donation based.
